Queue-Up is a platform built and operated by Fencode LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, USA. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and what choices you have regarding your data when you use Queue-Up.
We may collect account and profile information, including name, username, email address, user identifiers, avatar, public Discord profile data when you sign in through that provider, and any content you choose to add to your profile. We also collect information related to orders, wallet activity, payouts, messages, reviews, support tickets, reports, and any other content or data you submit within the platform.
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, sign in, complete forms, recharge Q-Bucks, request payouts, chat, list services, or interact with support. We also collect certain information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, technical identifiers, usage logs, security events, and session or device metadata. In addition, we may receive information from integrated third parties such as Discord for authentication, Stripe for payments, Wise for payouts, and Supabase for infrastructure and backend services.
We use your information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide Queue-Up services, process purchases and payouts, facilitate orders between users and Masters, display profiles and reputation within the platform, respond to support requests, send operational notifications, prevent fraud, investigate disputes, enforce our rules, and improve the security, stability, performance, and user experience of the product.
Payments to add balance or purchase services may be processed through Stripe or other authorized providers. Master payouts may be processed through Wise or other authorized providers. Queue-Up generally does not store full card details, but may retain transaction identifiers, amounts, payment states, partial payment details, and metadata needed for reconciliation, fraud prevention, support, compliance, and audit purposes. In the payout flow, we may also process legal name, country, currency, bank or recipient details, and verification or review results required by Wise or our internal rules.
We may process in-platform messages, content exchanged between users, reviews, reports, and communications related to orders or support. This information may be reviewed when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, resolve disputes, protect users, enforce policies, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations. Limited operational information may also be sent to internal tools or alert channels used by Fencode LLC to review sensitive incidents, such as payouts requiring manual review.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with providers and integrations that help us operate Queue-Up, including infrastructure and database services such as Supabase, identity and authentication services, payment processors such as Stripe, payout providers such as Wise, and internal tools for support, security, or monitoring. We may also share information when necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud, enforce our terms, or in connection with a reorganization, sale, or transfer of the business.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Queue-Up, fulfill legitimate business purposes, maintain order and transaction histories, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, comply with tax, accounting, regulatory, or security obligations, and defend claims. The exact retention period may vary depending on the type of data, the sensitivity of the information, and the legal or operational requirements that apply.
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, your devices, and access to your account.
We may use cookies, local storage, session tokens, and similar technologies to authenticate you, keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect the platform, measure basic functionality, and improve user experience. If you disable certain technologies, some Queue-Up features may not work properly.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, updating of, or deletion of certain personal information, as well as to request a copy of your data or limit certain uses. You may also update some information through your account. When we receive a request, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing it.
Queue-Up operates from the United States and may use providers or infrastructure that process information in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using the platform, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
